lifestylebazaar re-invents the retail concept of design by sourcing spontaneous, unique and entertaining mix of influences and inspiration from around the world.

Objective

Netrino were tasked to bring the wide range of products in the lifestylebazaar portfolio online and to significantly increase the revenue stream through improved customer experience and ease of use.


It was also vital  to express the unique brand values and high standard of customer service that customers receive in store and translate this through the new online shop.

Ease of maintenance was a necessity as staff members had little experience with maintaining and updating an online shop.

Solution

Working closley with Chris and Laurent at lifestylebazaar we firstly looked at how and what they wanted to sell online.  We then formulated a strategy that included online marketing and affiliate marketing options aimed at increasing revenue.


We have made it easy for the customer to choose colours, sizes, materials and different product designs all from one place.  We have created a simple, effective creative design and online shop construction that allows for products to be linked with the designers / brands.  Where ever possible we suggested strong brand and customer service statements to reassure online customers and maximise conversions.

Realising the product range was perfect for gift-lists, we created a bespoke service that allows customers to publish and control gift-lists not just for weddings but any occasion.  Take a look at the gift list here.

Our easy to use software allows the team to update, add and publish products, control stock levels, sales and all written content housed on the online shop.

Result

Lifestylebazaar now have a unique online shop that is generating revenue from the very beginning.  Netrino deliver projects on time and within budget, and the lifestylebazzar online shop was no exeption.
