What Next...
If you have had a look around, perhaps read some of our case studies and feel that we are the right fit for your business, the information below outlines the next steps to getting an online shop started.
1. Request for proposal
Download our Request for Proposal (RFP) form. This will give you an overview of the kind of information we will need to be able to give you a proposal. If you prefer you can fill out the request form and attach any other documents you may have and we will get back to you.
2. Discuss
Get in touch to arrange a convenient time to
discuss the RFP. This can be done by telephone, or by visiting us at our offices at a mutually convenient time.
3. Initial proposal
On the basis of our discussion, we will prepare a proposal which will overview what solution we feel best fits with your requirements.
4. Project meeting
Should our proposal be satisfactory, we will arrange a meeting to discuss the project in detail. Here we will discuss exactly how your shop will look, what features it will have, and what investment will be required. The result of this meeting will be a detailed proposal which will form the basis of a brief to begin work. We will agree deadlines and what is required from each party.
5. Deposit
Once the agreed deposit payment has been received, work will begin in accordance with the agreed time-lines.
6. Initial build
You will be provided with a test online shop where you will be able to see your project taking shape as it is being built. This allows us to respond to any issues you may have as soon as they happen, ensuring the project runs as smoothly as possible.
7. Testing
Once your online shop is ready, and has been tested by us and yourself, it will be ready for you to start adding your products and content.
8. Go live
Your shop goes live, and you are assigned an account manager who will be your single point of contact for all your subsequent needs.
